Below is a list of our office policies:

Fee for service is expected at time of treatment. (Cash ,Check or Charge). All treatments are scheduled by appointment only. Once an appointent is made, the day, time, and length of the appointment is set aside exclusively for you. Therefore, except in the case of an extreme emergency, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation, or change in length of a scheduled appointment. (example-one hour changed to 30 minutes)Should an appointment not be kept, canceled or altered with more than 24 hours notice, a charge for the full appointment will apply. In the event of lateness, a charge for the full appointment will apply, however every effort will be made to give the full scheduled time, if at all possible. Pregnancy-Since this office uses blend and short wave modalities in its treatment, if you suspect you may be pregnant, please mention it immediately. Your treatment, except for breasts and abdomen, can continue using short wave exclusively. Clients under legal age (18 years) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on initial visit/consult. Signed permission to proceed with treatment will be required. Please update on any pertinent allergies or medical changes as they occur. Home
